Lee Fitch – President
Lee is founder and President of CLF, Limited. He started the business in 1977 and incorporated under the name CLF, Limited in 1983. Lee holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Iowa State University and graduate degrees in Economics and Tax from the University of Washington and Golden Gate University respectively. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
In 1985 Lee was selected as the first instructor for the Life Underwriters Training Council's Financial Planning Skills class in Seattle.
He is co-author of a book published by the Seattle Estate Planning Council. Lee is a member and former office-holder with the Seattle Estate Planning Council and the Snohomish County Estate Planning Council (Past President). He is a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
He is a Past President of Alderwood Rotary of Lynnwood, WA and the current President of the Cascade Swim Club.

Donna Fitch – Office Manager
Donna joined CLF, Limited as the office manager in 1991. Prior to joining CLF, Limited she worked in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Accounting and has done post graduate work in tax at Golden Gate University.
Kelley Lehde - Employee Benefits
Kelley Lehde joined CLF, Limited in 2008. She brings with her a background in employee benefits and self-funded insurance plan administration, as well as strong client support skills. Kelley holds a B.A. in English from the University of Washington.
Thomas Fitch - Employee Benefits
Thomas Fitch joined CLF, Limited in 2010 after graduating from Gonzaga University. Thomas’ role is to provide service to all employees of CLF, Limited clients. Please feel free to contact him for assistance.
